Where are we?
We are located in Costa Teguise, just 5 kilometrs from Arrecife. An ideal location that allow you to organize your routes to travel through Lanzarote from north to south without any complications. Only seven minutes drive from beaches, shops, restaurants and golf courses. Also, from Las Catelas Village you can discover the most attractive landscapes and attraction centers of Lanzarote.
How our villas are?
Each of our independent villas with private swimming pool has been decorated with utmost care, inspired by a functional but also a modern design with warm colors to offer our guests a cozy atmosphere. Among the main services that you will find, its carefully maintained gardens, private parking, barbecue area, playgrounds and a large outdoor dining room to enjoy long evenings in lanzarote, the island of contrasts. We offer you three different types of villa:
3 Bedrooms villa
Villa of 250m2, distributed on three floors, with 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. The villa has 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath, 1 toilet with shower and a bathroom en suite in the master bedroom, with shower and jacuzzi. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with air conditioning and direct access to the pool. Around the villa, a terrace with a nice and cozy outside dining area, will help you relax. In the basement of the villa, the little ones have a games room where they can have fun for hours.
4 Bedrooms villa
This type of villa has 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and a fourth bedroom that can have a double bed or two single beds. Added to the other services and spaces that all the villas in the complex have.
5 Bedrooms villa
Our five bedroom villas are ideal for large families and / or groups. They have 2 double bedrooms and three bedrooms with two single beds.
